We want you to love every piece you purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Damaged or defective items (due to shipping or manufacturing issues) are fully accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale/final sale items and intimate apparel are non-returnable.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at info@preetywoman.com  within 30 days with your order number.

  3. Include your order number clearly in the package.

Exchange Process:

We currently offer refunds only. For a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or damaged items: We cover the return shipping cost.
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
